Burdock is a Brewery, Restaurant and Music Hall in its 6th year of operation in Bloordale. We are a small team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to providing great service and making really good beer.

Server Support Position Details:

We are looking for a Service Support person to join our restaurant team. Service Support is a crucial role in our restaurant and on our team. The job requires a keen eye with attention to detail and ability to read a room in the midst of a service. Assisting servers and bartenders with whatever is needed to make guest experience delightful and flow smoothly. Candidates must love working in a team environment and be great people to work alongside. Duties include: running food & drinks, seating guests, bussing tables.

This is an entry level position and prior experience in hopsitality is not required. Training on service skills and beer & wine knowledge will be provided as part of employment.

Job type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Starting Wage: $18 per hour, hospitality included model

Requirements:

• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Some basic food, beer & wine understanding
• Be a friendly & kind person who enjoys restaurant environments
