The Opportunity
Brymark Installations Inc. is actively seeking multiple safety-driven First Aid Attendants (FAA) to join our growing team for an exciting construction project in North Vancouver.
This is a dynamic opportunity to be part of a high-impact project, where safety is at the forefront of everything we do. As a First Aid Attendant, you will play a vital role in protecting our workforce by delivering immediate medical response, supporting incident management, and reinforcing a strong safety culture across site operations.

OFA Level 2 / Level 3
Location: North Vancouver (Project-Based)
Company: Brymark Installations Inc.
Work Schedule
- Rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off
- Shift Length: 12 hours per day
- Shifts Available: Day and night shifts (some positions will support night operations)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site first aid treatment and emergency response
- Maintain accurate treatment records and incident documentation
- Ensure all first aid equipment and supplies are stocked and compliant
- Support supervisors with incident reporting and investigations
- Monitor site conditions and proactively identify health and safety risks
- Promote and reinforce safe work practices across the site
- Assist with return-to-work processes and follow-up care
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Occupational First Aid Certification (Level 2 or Level 3)
- Experience working in construction, industrial, or installation environments (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and site safety practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Assets
- Confined Space Certification
- Fall Protection
- EMR / Advanced First Aid
- Previous experience supporting safety programs
Compensation & Structure
Brymark offers competitive, market-aligned compensation based on certification level, experience, and scope:
🔹 OFA Level 3 (Advanced First Aid)
- $30 – $38+ per hour
🔹 Role Includes
- Supporting site safety initiatives
- Assisting with incident investigations and compliance
- Working closely with supervisors and project leadership
