Are you seeking to leverage your project management skills in an exciting industrial contracting environment? Brymark Installations Group Inc., an industrial contracting company based in British Columbia and a part of the Carlson Construction Group, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, coordinate, and oversee the data collection for Daily LEMs (Labour, Equipment, and Materials) and timecard entry system
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project control personnel, and the PM from both the field and office
- Daily tasks include collecting field documentation, entering time cards, and coding costs for all labor, material packing slips, subcontractor LEMs, and equipment in the Brymark Daily LEMs, followed by submission to the client
- Submit all packing slips and subcontractor timesheets to the head office in a well-organized format ready for invoicing backup
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is submitted daily and follow up on any missing information
- Prepare documents for weekly Brymark invoicing
- Contribute and participate with the Project Controls team for client-facing reporting
- Support project status reports, job cost tracking, and revenue reporting with the project controls team
- Complete material takeoff to prepare estimates and purchase orders
- Review technical documentation and prepare fieldwork packages including drawings, manuals, SWEP, equipment requirements, access, and materials
- Assist field crews with technical inquiries as needed
- Prepare RFI’s and Technical submittals
- Support Quality Control activities and documentation
- Receive and track materials on-site
- Act as a proactive safety leader within the company
Qualifications/Requirements:
- EIT, Applied Science Technologist (AScT), or comparable trade experience
- Construction experience with knowledge of Construction Field Operations and typical field construction paperwork
- Accounting education and experience are an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Procore Construction Project Management software or similar is an asset
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- First Aid level 1 certification is an asset
- Good computer and word processing skills including experience with formatting documents to meet company standards consistently
- A background in trades is an asset with an understanding of heavy industrial structural/mechanical components and processes, such as heavy equipment assembly/installations and bulk material handling like conveyors.

Salary; $65 - $80k per annum
