Kitchen Manager

Brigadoon Village – 1650 North River Rd., Aylesford Lake, NS
(Full-time)

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY!

At Brigadoon Village, food is more than fuel — it’s part of the camp experience! Our kitchen helps create a safe, welcoming environment where children and youth living with chronic health conditions can thrive. As Kitchen Manager, you won’t just be feeding campers and staff; you’ll help shape how young people interact with food, learn to advocate for their dietary needs, and enjoy their time at camp.

This is a year-round leadership opportunity within a mission-driven organization. The role blends the pace and organization of a high-volume commercial kitchen (banquet and group service) during the busy summer season with the creative flexibility of menu development and smaller group programming throughout the fall, winter, and spring.

You’ll be joining a well-supported environment with a strong staffing structure, working closely with camp leadership and kitchen staff to deliver safe, inclusive, and enjoyable meals. Brigadoon offers flexible scheduling, a competitive salary range based on experience with opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits and vacation package.

Come join our village and help create experiences that matter!
