About this Role

If you have excellent troubleshooting, engineering and communication skills, then this position is for you! You will have the opportunity to work with and support many new, leading-edge technologies that solve real customer challenges. Your mission is to make our customers and partners successful while improving our Enterprise-grade conversational platform. 


Responsibilities

  • Working with Global 2000 companies to triage and solve incoming support requests
  • Diving deeply into complex technical puzzles and work collaboratively to understand and resolve customer issues
  • Be the platform expert, knowing all the ins and outs of Botpress, and guide customers to build great conversational AI experiences
  • Document and record all activity and communication with customers in accordance with both internal and external security standards
  • Build tools, write sample code and contribute to the product development to resolve customer issues
  • Be the champion of our customers by providing real-time feedback to internal teams about product performance and customer needs
  • Contribute to product documentation, customer knowledge base, and best practices guides

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software development or software support experience
  • At least 1-year experience in a customer-facing role
  • Education: Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, IT, Technical Writing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an advantage)
  • Experienced in using:
    • Javascript (NodeJS)
    • SQL (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
    • Linux/Unix & Windows systems
  • A deep interest in Conversational AI, voice- and chat-based user experiences
  • Well-organized, excellent work ethic, pays attention to detail, and self-starting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup and passionate about improving technical abilities

  • Experience working with large Enterprises is a plus
