Consultant & Partner Management

  • Manage and coordinate external partners, including architects, engineers, inspectors, and specialty consultants
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the GC, consultants, municipal authorities, and ownership
  • Lead coordination meetings to resolve issues quickly and maintain momentum

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with ownership, consultants, and site teams
  • Provide structured, actionable updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps
  • Escalate issues early with clear options and recommendations

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Maintain rigorous quality control and enforce safety and compliance standards on site
  • Oversee inspections, deficiencies, and close-out to ensure timely and complete delivery

What We Are Looking For

  • Hands-on, field-oriented leader with a strong on-the-ground presence

Location Requirement
