The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Intern to join our growing U.S. team. This role will provide exposure across investments, asset management, project management, and operations in a fast-paced private equity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & analysis for U.S Commercial & Multifamily Deals (due diligence support, research, transaction coordination, etc.)
- Prepare pitch decks, such as lender & investment opportunity presentations
- Project management coordination on all real estate projects
- Asset and property management support
- Assist marketing department and marketing material creation
- Operations and on-site support (if needed)
- Perform ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Passionate about Real Estate
- Strong academic track record with extracurricular involvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work
- Organized, detail-oriented can perform under pressure or tight deadlines
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good Academic Standing, minimum CGPA of 3.20
- Driver's license and access to the vehicle is an asset
