BlueLight Analytics Inc., is a Halifax-based growth stage digital dental health start-up, that is committed to disrupting the dental industry to help with dentist and patient success. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our thriving marketing team at BlueLight Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience creating (writing and/or conceptualizing) and physically making content. They’ll be strongly visual and love ideating outside the box & pushing limits of creativity & love story telling. Personality-wise, we want a pro-active, people-oriented go-getter.


  • Assist in the overall planning and implement strategies to drive traffic to websites and social media channels
  • Implement/optimize B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns (e-mail, AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Bing, etc.)
  • Draft/edit copy for digital platforms and campaigns
  • Contribute to websites' development projects and ensure ongoing content updates
  • Contribute to the overall planning, implementation and ongoing management of B2B marketing automation campaigns
  • Create/analyze digital dashboards, track, optimize and report on KPIs
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective SEO campaigns and content optimization initiatives
  • Liaise with key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with requirements, deadlines and budgets
  • Assist in the optimization of the growth marketing strategy by staying in tune with new technologies and trends in Social Media
  • Assist with creation of content calendars
  • Write/adapt and broadcast content across various social media and digital platforms
  • Manage social media channel interactions/conversations with customers across platforms
  • Measure and report effectiveness of social media campaigns
  • Research, monitor and report current and emerging social media trends

Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • College or University degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years experience in a similar capacity
  • Have a passion for creating, curating, and building content strategy.
  • Deep understanding of social media tools, digital marketing best practices, and Google Adwords
  • Experience with marketing automation and emailing platforms
  • Good knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Good knowledge of monitoring, content management, broadcasting and web analytics tools
  • Creative and professional writing, editing and communication skills (strong attention to detail is imperative)
  • Self-discipline, excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding team spirit
