Biggar & District Credit Union is seeking a Frontline Manager (Trainee) to lead our Member Service Representative team across our branch network. The position will report directly to the current Fronline Manager who is retiring in April 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial services professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact by coaching employees, strengthening member relationships, and contributing to the continued success of a growing, community-focused credit union. The start date for this trainee position is September 14, 2026.
What You'll Do
As Frontline Manager (Trainee), you will work closely with the current manager and provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to our frontline team while ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our members. Under the guidance of the current manager, you will be responsible for supporting employee growth and performance, overseeing daily operations, resolving member concerns, and helping the organization achieve its strategic goals.
