Lending Admin position

Consumer Lending team

A term position opened up in the Lending Department at Biggar & District Credit Union, and we are now looking for the right candidate to fill the full-time term Lending Admin position.

This is an 18-month term position commencing January 5, 2026. Experience with a banking system is an advantage but not a requirement. Your member-focused attitude will suit this position well. You'll provide administrative support in the consumer lending area and be an integral part of the lending team. You'll be expected to work in all locations (Biggar, Perdue, and Landis) as needed.

Duties will include

  • Providing administrative support in the consumer lending area such as processing loan applications and related loan documents, performing credit checks, searches, and registrations,
  • Providing additional administrative support in the lending area.
  • Audit and maintain loan files.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding loan files and member information.


You'll be part of a dynamic team providing excellent loan services to our members. In preparation for your role, you'll receive on-the-job training and might be required to take additional formal training. This position qualifies for our variable compensation program and all other benefits we offer.


You'll report directly to the Lending Admin Manager.
