We work closely with a strong ecosystem of channel partners to deliver value to customers across industries. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Channel Marketing Lead to help scale and optimize our partner‑led marketing efforts.

As the Channel Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive revenue through our partner and distribution ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll act as the connective tissue between Beauceron’s internal marketing team and our external partners—including resellers, distributors, VARs, and affiliates—ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Marketing operations

  • Build and enable effective marketing support for channel partners across tiers.
  • Design, manage, and execute co‑marketing programs and MDF (Market Development Funds) initiatives.
  • Execute finalized channel marketing plans.
  • Support go‑to‑market, transition, and pipeline‑generation strategies with a portfolio of partners.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of clear documentation, processes, and partner communications.

Campaign management

  • Plan and execute tactical campaigns, including coordinating event logistics with channel partner, attending events, organizing and running webinars, writing blogs, preparing and delivering presentations, and creating partner materials.
  • Provide promotional support for creation and management of emails, content, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and messaging.
  • Evaluate performance metrics/ROI of marketing activities.

Develop targeted partner materials

  • Develop partner‑facing, sales‑enablement content that is co‑branded or customized to partner needs.
  • Support Account Managers with materials for QBRs and webinars.
  • Continuously enhance partner onboarding resources, marketing toolkits, and enablement materials to help partners articulate customer value and differentiate Beauceron’s offering.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Proven experience designing and executing co‑marketing and partner programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance and reporting on KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.

We know great marketers come from many backgrounds. Even if you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply if this role excites you.
