Mission


The EA succeeds by facilitating the CEO’s vision while enabling other members of the leadership team to work together and get decisions at the top made faster. This position is the glue that holds the Senior leadership together. The EA has wide access to sensitive data and key decision makers from across the company. The EA will be required to assist with strategic corporate initiatives.


Duties and Responsibilities


• Work with the CEO, CFO, President and senior leadership to coordinate various policies, including administrative and otherwise, which are to be followed by all employees of the company, senior management and boards of directors.


• Work with the CEO, CFO, President and communication professionals, counsel and senior leadership to read, analyze and report on incoming and outgoing memoranda, reports, briefs and other sensitive information – and coordinate the preparation of same for the correct audience within the company. This includes the preparation of agendas for senior management meetings, board meetings, committee meetings and otherwise.


• Working with various professionals, the CEO, CFO president and senior management to compile data and conduct research for senior members of the team and assist with the preparation of research for presentations pertaining to same for the highest-ranking executives in the company.


• Meeting with company executives, various service providers, interest groups and others on behalf of the CEO and other company officials / board of directors to address issues of importance within the company – and to make recommendations based on same.


Requirements


At least six (6) + years in a similar high profile, high growth technology company, with international experience and relevant post-secondary education (Masters degree preferred).


The right Candidate should have at least six (6) years of experience, particularly with the following:


•Coordinating various policies, including administrative and otherwise, which are to be followed by all employees of the company, senior management and boards of directors.


• Reading, analyzing and reporting on incoming and outgoing memoranda, reports, briefs and other sensitive information – and coordinating the preparation of same for the correct audience within the company. This includes the preparation of agendas for senior management meetings, board meetings, committee meetings and otherwise.


• Compiling data and conducting research for senior members of the team and assist with the preparation of research for presentations pertaining to same for the highest-ranking executives in the company.
