Warehouse Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We currently have an opening for a Warehouse Associate within our Team.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator with 3-5 years experience as a warehouse worker and available to work days, evenings and weekends. This is a 24 / 7 operation and shifts will vary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick / pack / track / ship orders in a timely manner
• Accurately complete paperwork and / or data entry procedures
• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise
• Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times
• Accurately check in / track all returning orders in a timely manner
• Preform quality control procedures of all returned equipment before going back into rental inventory
• Properly load and unload all delivery trucks
• Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift)
• Assist with deliveries and pick-ups if required
• Assist with shop and other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker (Pick/ Pack/Ship/Receive/ Quality Control) for 3-5 years
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends. This is a 24 / 7 operation and shifts will vary.
• Detail oriented and strong problem solver
• 15-30-minute proximity to shop is an advantage
• Great interpersonal and English written and verbal communication skills
• Must have transportation and valid G Driver’s License
• Must provide and wear own safety shoes
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Computer savvy, hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Strong team player and customer service skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• AV Industry experience considered an asset
• WHMIS and 1st Aid certification considered an asset
• Truck driving experience with a current clean driver abstract considered an asset
• Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an asset
