We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual Account Manager to assist the Sales team with current business as well as new business development. The ideal candidate will assist current clients as well as solicit new clients from various sources to establish a customer base and meet expected sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with deliverables to current clients
  • Responsible for an individual sales quota
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling and persuasive sales presentations and responsible for preparing quotes/proposals for clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential accounts
  • Demonstrate sound customer service, communication, reasoning, and relationship management skills
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing and commitments that increase bb Blanc’s revenue
  • Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all team members to ensure an effective account relationship exists in all stages of the sales process
  • Report on sales process activities, including lead tracking, commission requests, expense reports, submission of timely bids or proposals
  • Work with Director of Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Work with all bb Blanc business units to increase market share through lead referrals

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of audio visual sales experience
  • Proven sales record of success against established goals
  • Demonstrated excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of bb Blanc Services and Equipment
  • Possess superior sales and Customer Service abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Computer proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word Excel spreadsheet and capability and ability to learn new software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Attend tradeshows and other sponsored bb Blanc events
  • Other duties as assigned
