Manager, Performance Marketing
About the Role
Baskits is growing, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to scale our paid acquisition engine across B2C and corporate gifting channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being in-platform, thrives on testing and knows how to drive revenue efficiently in an ecommerce environment with strong seasonal peaks. This role will own day-to-day execution while also managing external agency partners. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience scaling ecommerce brands and is equally comfortable building campaigns and thinking strategically about growth.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
- Build, launch and optimize campaigns directly in-platform on a daily basis
- Manage and hold agency partners accountable to performance, pacing and strategic alignment
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining efficiency targets (ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV:CAC)
- Develop and execute structured A/B testing across creative, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies
- Partner with creative and ecommerce teams to improve conversion rate and campaign performance
- Optimize product feeds and shopping structures to maximize performance
- Identify and test new platforms, audiences and growth channels
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Develop revenue and spend forecasts in partnership with leadership
- Continuously improve tracking, attribution visibility and performance measurement
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with ecommerce brands
- Proven experience building paid acquisition strategies and optimizing existing campaigns
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta; working knowledge of LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
- Strong understanding of attribution and ecommerce metrics
- Experience managing external agencies
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Ability to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term brand growth
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
