Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution, coordination, and optimization of all marketing activities. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, contributing to content creation, campaign planning, website updates, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures brand consistency across channels, and plays a key role in strengthening our marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Creative Execution
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, website, and content marketing channels.
- Support and provide input into the quarterly marketing calendar, helping to plan content, promotions, and campaign timelines.
- Work with creative teams and agency partners to coordinate, execute, and supervise campaign activities and creative asset development ensuring on-brand, timely delivery.
Content Creation & Management
- Write, edit, and manage content for marketing materials, social media posts, banners, landing pages, website updates, and promotions.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Website & SEO Support
- Review and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with current marketing priorities.
- Assist with SEO optimization, including on-page updates, content adjustments, and adherence to best practices.
- Help oversee the development of website visuals, homepage layouts, and seasonal banners.
Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinate with internal teams—including Creative, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service—to align marketing efforts with business needs.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to manage deliverables, project timelines, and promotional logistics.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and communication to support seamless campaign execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Support the Tracking and analysis of marketing data, campaign performance, and sales forecasts.
- Assist with monthly marketing reporting across channels such as Google Analytics, email platforms, and CRM tools.
Project Management
- Oversee timelines, tasks, and priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain strong organizational systems to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic, multi-channel environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to maintain brand voice across all content formats.
- Experience with marketing software including Big Commerce, Klaviyo, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) would be an asset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing metrics, campaign data, and audience insights.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
