About the Role
We’re seeking a Creative Lead, Brand & Design who can think big and design beautifully — someone who can shape the visual identity of Baskits while also rolling up their sleeves to design high-quality creative assets.

This role blends creative direction and hands-on design across digital, print, photography, and brand marketing. You’ll collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and production to ensure Baskits’ visual presence remains premium, cohesive, and conversion-minded throughout the busy holiday season and beyond.

Responsibilities

·         Lead the creative vision across all brand touchpoints: web, email, social, print, packaging, and campaign materials

·         Concept and execute seasonal and evergreen campaigns that capture the emotion and elegance of gifting

·         Manage and mentor a small creative team of 3 (Creative Manager, Graphic Designer and Junior Designer)

- providing direction, feedback and support to ensure high quality output

·         Design digital assets including homepage banners, paid ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional graphics

·         Partner with marketing to translate campaign briefs into compelling creative concepts

·         Direct photoshoots (product and lifestyle) to ensure consistent styling and brand representation

·         Maintain and evolve Baskits’ brand guidelines, ensuring design excellence and consistency

·         Manage creative timelines, feedback, and approvals to deliver work that meets both brand and performance goals

·         Collaborate with freelance designers, photographers, and other external partners when needed

·         Stay current on design, ecommerce, and luxury brand trends to inspire new creative directions

 

Qualifications

·         5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or brand design — ideally with premium or lifestyle brands

·         A portfolio showcasing both strategic creative thinking and executional craftsmanship

·         Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva and Figma

·         Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and performance-driven creative

·         Experience directing photography or visual storytelling for campaigns

·         Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver detail-oriented work

·         A collaborative mindset - open to feedback and passionate about growing a brand together
