Your Day to Day

Perform daily tasks including opening and closing duties, cleaning, and maintaining the floor throughout the day to support in overall store maintenance.

• Greet and assist customers in the boutique.
• Assist customers with requests over the phone.
• Process sales transactions using the POS register system and adhering to checkout standards.
• Participate in the ongoing maintenance of the selling floor and fitting rooms, including re-sizing of fixtures, putting go-backs away, executing markdowns, steaming garments and other tasks as needed.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance and visual displays.
• Assist with quarterly Boutique inventory.

• Keep current on our product and service updates.
• Assist production team with tagging, steaming, folding and any other tasks as necessary.

Additional requirements

• Previous retail experience a must, preferably in the fashion industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
• Flexible retail hours - availability to work on Saturdays and some evenings.
• Flexibility during the busy holiday season (October to December) as shifts and hours may change.
• Experience with Word, Excel and general computer skills
