Your Challenge
We are looking for an ambitious, structured, and results-driven professional to actively contribute to Amélio’s expansion, particularly in Ontario and Western Canada. If you have an active network, enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities, and developing a territory—while being supported by a strong team—this opportunity is for you.
Who We’re Looking For
- We are seeking someone who:
- Has demonstrated the ability to open new territories and develop markets
- Has a proven track record in business development, ideally in SaaS or B2B services
- Is comfortable managing a full sales cycle
- Has an excellent command of both French and English in order to operate effectively in a predominantly English-speaking market.
- Is autonomous, structured, and disciplined in managing priorities
- Demonstrates strategic thinking in their approach to market development
- Is motivated by growth, ambitious targets, and performance
Beyond skills and experience, we’re looking for someone who:
- Believes in the importance of employee experience
- Enjoys building strong, long-term business relationships and demonstrates strong interpersonal intelligence
- Shows resilience and consistency, viewing rejection as part of the sales process
- Wants to play a tangible role in the expansion of a growing Quebec-based company
Your Day-to-Day
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Actively growing our presence in Ontario and Western Canada
Identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities within target - Oganizations
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Representing Amélio with credibility among decision-makers
- Contributing to strategic discussions related to the development of new markets
