  • Conduct research to develop customer needs and market opportunities
  • Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
  • Developing and improving calling scripts, calling prospects
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for lead acquisition (e.g. online advertising) and conversion rate optimization
  • Arrange and lead customer discovery calls with prospects
  • Analyze customer interviews and recalibrate
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve response rates and drive product innovation
  • Propose creative new initiatives and product features that attract prospects
  • Test new approaches to increasing demand
  • Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Use CRM to build a record of all external interactions
  • Diligently protect the assets and confidentiality of the company and its customers
