Duties
- Conduct research to develop customer needs and market opportunities
- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
- Developing and improving calling scripts, calling prospects
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for lead acquisition (e.g. online advertising) and conversion rate optimization
- Arrange and lead customer discovery calls with prospects
- Analyze customer interviews and recalibrate
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve response rates and drive product innovation
- Propose creative new initiatives and product features that attract prospects
- Test new approaches to increasing demand
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Use CRM to build a record of all external interactions
- Diligently protect the assets and confidentiality of the company and its customers
- Other duties as required
