The role: Are you up for the challenge?
At Aimsio, we take pride in providing exceptional customer service. As a Project Manager, your main responsibility is to assist clients in seamlessly integrating Aimsio into their daily operations and help them become proficient in using the system. You will be the primary point of contact for client-facing projects and will collaborate with our team to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule. You will conduct needs assessments, manage the onboarding, coordinate support and training, demonstrate the business value of our product, and answer any client questions. You’ll also be responsible for keeping all parties involved in the onboarding process informed and aligned.

Responsibilities: How will you make a contribution?
- Manage multiple client projects, including high-profile onboardings.
- Ensure clients fulfill their project commitments for a successful launch.
- Organize training sessions to help clients make the most of Aimsio.
- Be the primary contact for our clients, fostering open communication and building strong relationships.
- Lead requirements gathering and business analysis to map clients' business processes and determine the best ways to use our product.
- Host project meetings.
- Contribute to project documentation such as workflows, user guides, and project timelines.
- Lead a project team to ensure on-time delivery of our product.
Qualifications: Do you have what it takes?
- You should love working with people and helping them adapt to technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role involving project management of onboarding new software is required. Bonus points if your experience includes vendor-side onboarding.
- You should have experience doing business process analysis in a business setting.
- Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You should be able to explain complicated technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- You have the ability to take initiative and work well with others as part of a team.
- Being highly organized and deadline-driven is a must.
- You should understand and demonstrate experience with project management methodologies in a business environment.
- Experience leading and/or contributing to teams composed of multiple disciplines is highly desired.
- Prior experience with startups and a background in business analysis and customer success management is an asset.
- Having a post-secondary undergraduate degree in business is considered an added advantage.
Location
Going forward, Aimsio will be Remote First, meaning you work from home, and we're flexible about where you live. However, we can currently only consider candidates who are legally able to work for us in Canada and will reside in Canada. Our "home cities" are Calgary, Vancouver, and Toronto, so if you live elsewhere, you should expect occasional flights to our home cities in the future for team-building events (we can't wait!).
Compensation: get rewarded
You will receive a competitive base salary, our full health and wellness benefits plan, and a home office subsidy to help make your workspace awesome. Our employee benefits include full health and dental; a wellness account; paid sick, vacation, and flex; and an RRSP/TFSA Group Savings plan.
A salary range of $70,00 to $85,000 CAD is based on skillset and experience.
