The role:

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing Customer Success Team to help our customer be successful and take our customers and company to the next level.

In this role you will:

· Implement customer accounts by deploying integrations and customizations, as identified

· Provide product demonstrations to new and existing stakeholders to ensure buy-in for go-live

· Generate and maintain customer documentation, ensuring customer data is secure and privacy requirements are met

· Create and maintain various project plans and timelines, including deliverables and targets

· Proactively manage forecasted and unexpected changes and issues, providing resolve

· Work closely with Customer Success Manager, to ensure implementation expectations are specified and met

· Provide continuous communication updates to all relevant internal and external members

· Gather technical requirements for integrations with clients and identify and resolve gaps

· Work cross-functionally with team members, to continuously improve on implementation strategies and roadmaps

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

· 3+ years’ experience in software implementation

· Bachelor or Diploma in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Science, Engineering or equivalent

· Strong ability to identify and understand user needs

· A demonstrated and proven successful track record in generating and executing on implementation plans

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· An eye for detail and ability to work in an agile and fast paced, team environment

· Exceptional time management and organizational skills

· Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

· Excellent relationship building skills

Bonus points if you have:

· Experience within the life sciences / healthcare industry

· Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with development teams

· Experience working in a SaaS company
