The role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing Sales Team

and take our customers and company to the next level.


In this role you will:

• Prospect and qualify potential customers, continuously increasing Sales Qualified

Opportunities in the pipeline

• Collaborate with team members to craft and execute on lead generation strategies

• Attend and identify conferences, to gauge and build interest in ACTO’s solution services

• Identify and engage with executives and senior leaders from Enterprise, Fortune 500

and Mid-Market Life Sciences companies to understand their business environments

and identify pain points to determine fit

• Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executive’s and continually build a pipeline of

sales opportunities, helping move prospects through the sales lifecycle


To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• 2-3 years sales experience in SaaS or B2B/B2C environment

• College or University degree

• A demonstrated and proven successful track record in prospecting and achieving goals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in an agile and fast paced, team environment

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills

• Knowledgeable in sales pipeline management using a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot,

Salesforce)

• A strong ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful

solution

• A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude

• Flexibility to travel across North America (required)


Bonus points if you have:

• 1 or more years of experience selling within the life sciences industry

• Inside sales experience

• Experience with enterprise prospecting
