The role:


We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team to help build awareness, thought leadership, and demand for ACTO.


In this role you will:

  • Develop, manage, and execute global campaigns to generate demand and capture leads through proactive, targeted programs such as webinars, conferences, events, and other campaigns to achieve Marketing Department and Company goals
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to understand target markets, personas, and key market problems/trends to identify and develop themes and topics for campaigns
  • Collaborate on product launch campaigns, working closely with Product Marketing
  • Work with strategic partners to develop Partner Marketing campaigns
  • Identify media partners, associations, and other channels with whom to partner for campaigns
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Content Marketing to identify customers and thought leaders to participate in panels, sessions, etc.
  • Work closely with Brand & Creative, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure program success
  • Work with the Business Development Consultant (BDC) to engage her in programs for appointment-setting, outbound calling, follow-up, etc. as appropriate to ensure campaign success
  • Manage campaign program budget to ensure accurate forecasting and spend
  • Rigorously track campaign performance metrics (leads, conversions, opportunities, pipeline contribution, etc.) to assess progress, and adjust, as needed, to ensure achievement of goals

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • A passion for global marketing, campaigns, and achieving results
  • 10+ years of proven marketing and campaign management experience in the b2b software space, with an emphasis on strategy, execution, budget, and results ownership
  • An understanding of the unique value proposition of b2b SaaS software
  • Ability to work autonomously, analyze information, and make decisions to ensure campaign success
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders, creative partners, and others to ensure success
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with Sales
  • Program budget management experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working in early stage b2b software companies
