What we are looking for

ACTO is seeking a highly-motivated and driven Sr. Account Development Representative (ADR) with the ability to initiate and nurture long-standing relationships with prospective life sciences clients. The ADR will be responsible for driving business development and demand generation in accordance to ACTO’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets by engaging with early stage prospects to help nurture opportunities and provide Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to the Sales team. The ADR will be a well-educated lead generator who is competent and comfortable discovering prospect business issues, speaking about business solutions, and educating prospects. In addition, the ADR will have the unique opportunity to work independently towards personal and professional development goals while being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Generating inquiries into the top-end of the sales funnel via phone, email, and social media correspondence
  • Building rapport and relationships with prospects to create SQLs
  • Educating the market on new concepts and incorporating appropriate resources to generate SQLs
  • Maintaining all client-related information, contacts, and documentation in the CRM
  • Collaborating closely with VP, Global Sales and members of the Executive team
  • Embodying ACTO’s culture, core values, and mission

Requirements

    • 2-3 years’ experience of Software as a Service (SaaS) business development and lead generation (Experience in life-sciences preferred)
    • 2-3 years’ experience educating prospects, lead nurturing, and relationship building
    • Working with Digital Marketing on outbound/inbound activities (Account-Based Marketing [ABM] and Digital campaigns)
    • Metrics-driven (calculating conversions and forecast modelling)
    • Propensity-to-Buy (PTB) modelling
    • CRM experience with marketing automation
    • Project management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Disciplined, passionate, hardworking, and self-driven
    • Desire to continuously develop and improve
    • Bachelor’s degree required
