The Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. We are in need of someone who is capable of optimizing internal processes and efficiencies while proposing new perspectives and ideas for improvement.


In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the Sales team by crafting and executing on lead generation
  • Managing and updating the customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Building out reports, sales presentation decks, and other collateral for the Sales team

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Technical background knowledge or experience with mobile applications
  • College or University education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced, collaborative work environment
  • To be adaptable and work well in a team setting
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • A motivated, driven and self-starting attitude

Bonus points if you have:

  • 1+ years of full-time experience in sales, particularly B2B SaaS
  • Experience in sales pipeline management using a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge in the life sciences industry
