Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned HubSpot Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meeting deadlines, working independently, and delivering top-tier results. As a HubSpot Expert at Infinite IT, you will be the driving force behind our marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Mastery: Manage and optimize the entire HubSpot suite, ensuring seamless performance across all tools and features.
  • Advanced Marketing Workflows: Design and implement sophisticated workflows and customer journeys that enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage and elevate our social media presence, crafting campaigns that resonate and generate inbound leads.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of HubSpot campaigns, providing insights to refine and improve strategies.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team and management to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Inbound Lead Generation: Generate leads for the sales team to follow up on with net new customers. You will be responsible for the entire MQL process until the prospect makes their way to the SQL process.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Deadline-Driven: Must be able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Residence: You must live in Argentina. All other applicants will automatically be denied.
  • Independent Worker: Proven ability to work independently, taking initiative and managing your workload effectively.
  • Technical Requirements: You must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless remote work.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Extensive experience and expert-level knowledge of the entire HubSpot suite.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat PDF Writer.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail is essential; we expect precision in every task you undertake.
  • Reliability: We need someone dependable – no flakes should even think of applying. Reliability is non-negotiable.
  • English Proficiency: Minimum B1 level in English (speaking and writing). You must also be willing to participate in private English classes, twice a week, to progress your English to a C2 Business English level (paid for by Infinite IT).
