3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Pre-Construction and Estimating Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK, and occasional travel is required.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the sales team and review requests for proposals (RFPs) to gather project requirements for estimate submission.
- Consolidated requests for information (RFIs) and clarifications from internal team and vendor partners to assist with preparing quality and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with the design team and subcontractors to ensure the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposals.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare detailed proposals which include required materials, scope of work, exclusions, pricing and a preliminary construction schedule.
- Act as a liaison by leading a project hand-off meeting between the sales and project teams to ensure a seamless transition of projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.
Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will collaborate closely with our sales team, designers, specialists, subtrades and project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.
Collaborators: By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors, we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality, cost-efficient builds for our customers.
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or a related field.
- Five years or more of relevant experience is preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Technical understanding of construction processes and building materials.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- A self-directed approach to identifying inefficiencies and independently driving process improvements.
